\n \nWe are searching for an experienced Service Manager to lead and grow a commercial roofing service division. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in building structure, accountability, and scalable systems within a fast-paced service environment.
\nThe ideal candidate will have strong experience managing service operations, technicians, scheduling, estimating, and departmental profitability while driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:
\n• Own the full P&L of the service division including revenue, gross margin, and cost control
\n• Oversee scheduling and dispatch to maximize efficiency and revenue per truck
\n• Lead and hold accountable service technicians and support staff
\n• Accurately estimate service work and develop detailed proposals/photo reports
\n• Improve processes, workflows, communication, and operational structure
\n• Ensure strong customer satisfaction, quality control, and safety compliance
\n• Recruit, train, and develop technicians as the department grows
\n \nWhat We’re Looking For:
\n• 3+ years of experience as a Service Manager within commercial roofing
\n• Strong background in estimating, job costing, and profitability management
\n• Experience managing crews, scheduling, dispatch, and service operations
\n• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build accountability and improve performance
\n• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
