As a Benefits Enrollment Associate with our Oakbrook Terrace team, you will learn how to guide clients through available coverage options, answer questions with confidence and support them toward clear decisions. Your communication skills grow alongside your knowledge of the products and clients you serve.

Day to day, you will schedule and confirm enrollment appointments, follow up with clients after consultations and coordinate next steps. You will work closely with team members, participate in ongoing coaching sessions and take on greater responsibility as your results develop.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage.
Income range: $90,000-$140,000. Earnings are performance-based and not guaranteed.
