Sanitas Medical Center is seeking Family Medicine Physicians to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. We have opportunities available at multiple locations, including Surprise, Goodyear, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, and Maryvale.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about providing comprehensive, high-quality, patient-centered care and building long-term relationships with patients and their families.

Position Highlights

• Full-time Primary Care Physician opportunity
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Family Medicine physicians must be comfortable caring for patients of all ages (Preferred)
• Provide comprehensive primary care services
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment and care plans
• Provide preventive care and patient education
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and a multidisciplinary care team
• Participate in quality, population-health, and care-management initiatives
• Utilize evidence-based medicine and established clinical guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Support care coordination and continuity of care
• Practice in a patient-centered, value-based care environment
• Office hours and schedules vary by location

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license
• Current DEA registration or eligibility
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care
