Fiber Optic SplicerResponsibilities:Perform fiber optic splicing, termination, and testing using industry-standard tools and equipmentRead and interpret construction prints, splice diagrams, and work ordersTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair fiber optic networksUse OTDR, power meters, and other testing equipment to ensure quality and complianceMaintain accurate project documentation and recordsFollow all safety protocols and company policiesTravel to job sites as neededQualifications:Proven experience as a fiber optic splicer or related roleProficiency in using OTDR, fusion splicers, and related toolsAbility to read and understand network diagrams and technical documentationStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailWillingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditionsValid driver's license; CDL preferred but not requiredBehaviors:Team Player: Works well as a member of a groupEducation:High School or better.Licenses & Certifications:First-Aid CertifiedCommercial Driver LicenseEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
