Job Description

Location : Brooklyn, New York (hybrid/on-site)

Salary : Up to $190K OTE

Early SDR leadership opportunity for a breakout agentic AI scale-up!

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of direct SDR or BDR management experience in B2B SaaS or AI.
• Previous quota-carrying experience as an SDR or Account Executive.
• Strong frontline coaching skills, with a track record of improving rep performance and hitting pipeline targets.
• Data-driven approach to performance management, onboarding and ramp.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve prospecting, coaching or team workflows.
• Happy to work in Brooklyn-based office 4-5 days a week.

About the Role:

• Lead and coach an initial team of 4-5 SDRs, with scope to take on greater leadership as the business scales.
• Improve performance through hands-on coaching, call reviews, clear targets and consistent accountability.
• Build repeatable onboarding and ramp processes to get new SDRs productive faster.
• Monitor activity, conversion rates and pipeline quality, using data to identify gaps and improve results.
• Work closely with Sales leadership and Account Executives to improve outbound strategy, campaign execution and meeting quality.
