Requirements Proven ability to prospect and develop business through outbound calling, drip campaigns, and social media. Experience building and maintaining realtor partnerships and executing self-sourced business. Minimum 2 years of successful loan origination experience. Minimum 2 years of mortgage industry experience. High proficiency with advanced online technologies. Must be SAFE Act compliant and hold an active NMLS license (UST).
